DT Design for Cindy

That time again. Time for another project for Cynthia (LooWho). Last month I made a miniature banner for a little boy!! This time I made a miniature banner for a Sweet Baby Girl!!!! The banners I reduce to 3" high and 3 " wide. They are so adorable!!!  Both sides are decorated.
